Anglo Francais Blanc et Noir      

 

 

        

 

The Anglo Francais are a breed of dogs that were originated in France. They are Hound dogs that work in packs.

 

SIZE ***  The Anglos-Francais comes in three sizes. There is the Grand Anglos-Francais which weighs between 65 and 75 pounds and stand 24 to 27 inches. These dogs were a result of crossing large French hounds and the English Foxhound. The Anglo-Francais de Moyen Venerie is slightly smaller weighing 45 to 55 pounds and is 20 inches. It is the result of crossing Harriers and the medium-sized French hounds. The smallest of the Anglos-francaises is the Anglo-Francais de Petite Venerie. It comes from the crossing of the beagle and smaller French hounds. This dog is 35 to 44 pounds and is 16 to 18 inches tall.

Color **  The Anglos Francais has a coat that can be black and white, orange and  white, or tricolor.]

 

INFORMATION ABOUT THE ANGLOS-FRANCAIS *** 

The Anglos Francais  are good hunting dogs. The grand can hunt large or small animals and the smaller versions do well hunting small game.

 

CHOOSING AN ANGLOS-FRANCAISES PUPPY *** When buying an Anglo-Francais puppy, there are many factors that need to be considered for you and your family, it is also important to keep in mind the requirements of the breed which you are selecting. Should you buy a male or a female? How much room do you have at your present location for your puppy to exercise? Do you have children? You can also check with your local public library which offers many breed books and other reading material. The investment of the time spent before purchasing an Anglo-Francais puppy will be rewarded many times over as this puppy will become a member of the family.

When we receive an application at kennel club, and issue a certificate of registration on any dog or puppy, this is not a guarantee of the health or the quality of the puppy or dog.
